    My Approach

I provide the space for you to voice your story.

Together, we explore the emotional, physical, spiritual, and social components of your life experience.

Through compassionate understanding (and a bias toward empowerment) we explore ways to build on your natural strengths to help you attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing.

    Approach

Melissa’s holistic approach integrates an understanding of how the emotional, physical, spiritual, and social components of each client affect their development. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

    Experience

Her range of experience includes counseling at a substance abuse treatment center, conducting research on neurofeedback and its effects on ADHD and anxiety, and creating an ADHD coaching practice. These experiences differ in many ways, each lending a unique contribution to her work with clients. Melissa recognizes that each client also has a unique growth process.
